basically if you don't speak swedish, you will not have problems communicating at the university (if your courses are in english), everyday life or social life, swede people most of them speak really good english, so even going to the supermarket or the ikea, is not a frustrating or scary experience if your swedish is not that good.

One of the bestr cafes: LAVA, at Segelstorg. The cafes in Djurgarden and Gamla Stan are compulsory as well.
Night life: the money is the main problem. Very posh and expensive in Stureplan, but it's worth going there at least once. The cheapest: Götgatan.
Event: middsummer, Sankta Lucia, Sweden's day, the spring arrival party.

Sweden is a country where almost everyone speak english, it is veru convinient on one hand, at another it makes a little bit difficult to learn local, swedish language, however there are good possibilities to learn swedish at host university, in my case Royal Institute of Technology, for free, as a cource included in your studies

Its better to do insurance there because
whether is bad in Sweden, so u can get injury and its really very costly so
better to take insurance. I think its good idea.
