Why?
An appartment gives you more privacy and calm than you rent a room in Alotra. If you live in an app, you can come and go in alotra whenever you want, but watch out for the guard. So you also don't miss that much of activities.

The housing is ok but too limited. You have two types of housing. Clean and more expensive close to school (Estudines) and less clean and less expensive at walking distance from school.
