As I lived on campus, I had to take the bus to go downtown. It took 15 minutes. So, if you want to go out, it's better to live near to the center.

In general, it's okay. Most of the Eramus-students live there, so you are amid the Erasmus-life. However, it is a dormitory, so life-quality is a little bit low.

Surrounded by nature, but very far from the city and public transport is not reliable (lot of strikes). cost 250€/month (with CAF), 19m2 and very uncomfortable. but with kitchen and bathroom in the room. shower horrible.

If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House

The campus is situated outside the city of Bordeaux and the houses there are very ugly, concrete 70s style. It is quite easy to find accomodation in the city, so you get much more fun and a nicer atmosphere as well.
