OverallI went to university expected "to learn" and gained an enormously powerful skill set. If however those who went expecting "to be taught" may have been better suited to a less demanding environment.

Most things cost twice as much (even if my home town is expensive as well). Exannge rates for Euro - Pound are bad at the moment.

Accomodation and travelling is really expensive in London. Most times I took my bicycle, so could save some money (a weekly travecard for the underground costs a least 15 Pounds)
