Be eager to travel and to lead active social life. this makes your stay more attractive. Get involved in cultural life - visit theatres, concerts, museums etc. There is much to see! This also bring more impressions about the stay

sometimes I had difficulties with languaje in administrative and learning affairs. The difficulty of german language is very high, and I had to do my best in homeworks, exams and oral expositions. At the end this effort was very profitable, because I have learned a lot of new words, specialized language, slang expresions...

amazing to have this international study experience, high quality of provided education satisfies people a lot. However, preparing more for the local language, always!

berlin is a rough city and winter there is pretty grey. You may like it, you may dislike it... I loved it!

Final comments

Make sure you are social, that is the real way to learn the culture and the language. Television and radio helped me a lot with idoms and slang, its good to have one of each.
