Personal recommendation
Go if you know there is a good professor for your instrument. The standard of teaching varies enormously, and nobody should go if they don't know that the professor they are going to study with has a "good name".

Final comments
It is essential to take contact with the teacher you want to study with before you apply. Be prepared to meet unhelpful over-bureaucratic office staff. The students are nice and easy to get in touch with - but NO social activities are planned by anybody in the school. The main building is VERY ugly, although the other 4-5 buildings belonging to the school are better.
