Teaching language was English, and for me it was no problem to follow the courses also because the teachers spoke perfect English and could explain difficult things in an easy way

Food is more expensive than in Austria and you have to buy some basic stuff which you normally have already at home; alcohol and going out is for sure more expensive than in Austria

The University ia really nice, everybody is very friendly. my experience was that most of the students stay one year and are really busy, the courses are all okay but you can still change them when you are there

going by train is not very expensive, so trips to Gothenburg, Stockholm, Malmö are a must, in winter Kiruna must be really nice and really cold. In summer there a lot of beautiful beaches around Halmstad. A bike is a absolute must
