I'm right now a master student in the major of East Asian Studies on University of Duisburg-Essen. The institute of East Asian Studies is one of the largest German center focusing on social science research of East Asia. I have a change to get exposure to not only the academic and professional environment in the sphere of East Asia but also the diversely multicultural society in the heart of Europe.

Points forts

Excellent support from IN-EAST. Excellent teaching. Diverse and multicultural class. High-qualitied facilities.

German relatively required outside the university

It would be better if there was already a recognised route for Erasmus students, rather than us having to beg for something a bit easier.

The reason that I would like to live alone is that I am a person who enjoys some bit of peace to arrange myself and then set my goals.Spending time with myself helps me immensely.It is afer this that I can go on the battle front.

I this that the accomodations at the Univeristy in Duisburg are quite nice.They are pretty independent and can be a lot of fun.My major prroblem is that I know a lot of people in those dormatries and I believe maintaing a physical distance helps in getting close to people in the mental sense of it.
