The owner of Kiosko Miradero is a great guy who loves helping everyone with their conversational skills.

The first few months were a bit rough, but after total immersion, I didn't have to think about it very much. I understood it like I understood English. I still pine for the sound of Castillian Spanish.

The Fundacion does a great job of making sure students learn and practice Spanish. Of course, students often spoke English when not at the university, but at any rate, you still learn a great deal.

I think my language level has improved, but it definitely made me realize how much more Spanish I have to learn, even after living in Mexico previously. It's a continuous journey.
