A good school for getting a degree in studies regarding business/ international management  in a really cute city

In my opinion it is a good university/ college to start your career in business. The classes start with very general topics so that you get an overview in marketing, negotiation, accounting, law and how the whole economy works.
I really like that at the beginning of your studies you get to pick a second language to learn. Only in the first semester you already learn the basics and a lot of vocabulary so that you can communicate with people from this country on a daily basis.
Almost all of the professor are very motivated to really get you to understand the topics and will help you wherever they can.
Moreover, the city is really beautiful for a stroll through the center or to go for a coffee with friends.
Overall I can really recommend this school if you’re looking into getting your degree in something related to economics and business.

Points forts
motivated professors, rather small classes, at the end high speaking and writing skills in an other language, beautiful city, you get a ticket you can use in the whole region, get to do a whole semester of internships and a semester of studying abroad
Inconvénients
Just the usual stuff a student would complain about: in the time of exams (usually you have all of them in one month) you’re very stressed because of all the studying but I guess that’s normal. The internship is quite at the end of your degree

Great experience abroad

The courses are really interesting and the teachers have a lot of experience in their teaching field. That's why they bring a lot of examples and anecdotes, which makes it easier to understand and remember the topic. Since the uni is rather small the courses are not overcrowded and the teachers and uni staff always find time to listen to problems. In my study International management there is a mandatory semester and internship abroad which last 1 year in total. Those experiences are priceless and the students get a lot of support from the uni.

Overall quite good experience

Évaluation globale
The university itself is nice and has mostly experienced, well-educated and interesting lecturers, often also from the industry. The lectures are for the most part very practical and well structured with interesting content. Unfortunately, crisis management is often not really functional and the general organization is relatively inflexible. Overall, however, I am satisfied and enjoy my studies.

Germany is a great country to study in, but if all things are equal, study at another school! I studied design here, which was OK, but there were certainly better design schools to choose from. I imagine that the same thing is true for every other subject.

Wiesbaden is the scond most expensive city in the country, only Munich costs more (albeit, a lot more!). While almost everything was cheaper than in the U.S., some of that was do to a favorable exchange rate, which doesn't exist anymore. If you go, you'll have fun, I promise. But if you go somewhere else, you might have more fun, too!

Commentaire personnel
Wiesabaden has a lot of small bars and cafes, but only a few clubs, which usually are too expensive for students. Mainz has alot of everything, and it much cheaper. A few cafes by dar, bars by night are worth visiting, notably Spital and Haltbar. Occasionally, the Schlacthof, Wiesbaden's Kulturzentrum, throws a decent party, but thousands of people might show up. The school has at least one party a week it seems, hosted by a different department. Some departments, especially the designers and the architects, throw good parties within this school setting.
