Small rooms. Common kitchen was good to meet other students, but lack of common eating space was not good. Everyone cooked in the kitchen, then went to their rooms to eat. The residence was about a 30 min walk to campus, but close to bars/restaurants.

Residences provided by EDHEC are kind of expensive. In fact, the school is located in the region with plenty of housing resources. Don't worry if could not get a room in school's residences. Private studios and chambres would be even cheaper and more comfortable.

The residence was built more than 20 years ago. The wall paint is off, the furniture is bare and dull. The washroom and kitchen are shared and they are not clean most of the time.
