If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
There were some rules on the campus that did not seem fair. There would be more freedom living off campus and it wouldn't cost that much more.

Personal comments
The accommodation was fine except for the fact that you could not drink in the dorms and they made it hard to cook your own food unless you had the equipment. Students had to be enrolled in a food plan which wasn't the best food on the planet. But the dorms were quite spacious and allowed for socialising and hanging out.
