Évaluation globaleDisciplines must be decided from the start, I have taken engineering classes every quarter I have attended. Teachers are knowledgeable and class sizes are mostly smaller and more concentrated.
Cal Poly is also not on the semester system, but quarters. This makes more room for electives, allowing students to pursue more specific technical interests, but also increases difficulty since all classes are taught in 3-4 fewer weeks than other schools.
Cal Poly advocates for sustainability, equity and equality, and is very supportive of the student body.

Great experience; the learn by doing motto is very authentic. Have tons of industry experience before even doing my first internship. The professors are generally good, faculty is good.

Pretty minimal scholarships for international programs. Also, for engineering, it is very difficult to study abroad while being able to graduate in four years.
