Why?
All social life is happening on campus. You need to be around the campus most of the day (lectures, library, group meetings). If you live off campus, you lose a lot of time and it is less safe.

Old residences are very worn and rooms are tiny, kitchens and bathrooms are shared by up to 14 students. The new residence offers more comfort but is very expensive.

because it would be cheaper than a residence, and besides i want to work , not study again
