Overall
The campus is beautiful, but the surrounding towin of Meadville is not. Because of the location, the weather is not very nice. It's close to Lake Erie, so it's cold and snowy for a large portion of the year. It's a small school, so by time you graduate, everyone knows everyone's business. Overall, my time at Allegheny was enjoyable. The gym, coffee shop, game room and dining hall mcKinley's are great and the school library is really nice. However, the school recently got rid of its Art History major and German major. I was a German major, so for me this is extremely disappointing. This alone prevents me from rating Allegheny higher than three stars.

Throw yourself into US culture, and you will not be disappointed. I have found it immensely valuable to have experienced living and studying in the US. It is vital to know and understand North America in today's global business environment.
