Good teaching quality, poor innovation level
Patryk F
Germany, Undergraduate
Telecommunications, 2019
Overall
As many other universities in Poland, AGH suffers from lack of adaptation with the current modern ways of educating students, instead holding on tightly to the multiple beaten paths founded years or dozen of years ago. As it may still function with some f.ex mechanical fields, in terms of Electronics, Telecommunications and Computer Science, sadly a lot of the content of the studies is highly outdated. It is still being taught in a very convenient way and on a high level, i dare to say that even on a significantly higher level than in many of the so-believed "better" universities in countries like Germany or Spain, but because of the lack of adaptation to the current industry trends, the university fails to aim the ongoing demand in the market demand and therefore does not train the students adequatly to the todays requirements.
However, with a very well developed "student awarness", overall the graduates of AGH are very appreciated for their adaptation abilities and flexibility, which was being taught through years of very demanding courses and teaching schemes.

AGH = Grandes écoles
François G
Poland, Graduate
, 2015
Overall

Personal spending habits
Life is cheaper in Poland than in Mexico. the accommodations were aranged with the price of the courses, and it was very cheap, almost for free, the food is cheap if you like yunk food, like pizza, kebabs, or mcdonald´s, but also if you go to a restaurant is not that expensive, and beer is great and cheap, also the vodka.

Personal comments
Use public transportation such as buses and the tram if you go by yourself, if you are going back home after a nightclub time, be sure to take a normal taxi, don't get in a fancy car 'cuz they are two or three times more expensive. During the day you can walk, is great sightseeing and safety if you are near downtown.

A rich experience
Basma K
Poland, Undergraduate
Engineering, 2022
Overall
The curriculum's great, the work load is quite heavy, however a lot of the professors and instructors are so keen to help.

The lack of complete English provided literature and presentations is inconvenient.
