housing in Manila is very cheap, the dorm costs 300$ per month and you get a much much better apartment for nearly the same price. Just stay the first days in the dorm till you find the right apartment, dont worry, you'll find one - and it is easier if you arrange it from Manila then your homecity.

Dormitory is good for the first few days/weeks because you get to know the other students. Then get some recommendations from fellow students and look for a flat close to AIM (there are several good and inexpensive appartment buildings where also other AIM-students live).

The Philippines is an amazing country. AIM a very good business school and they arrange accommodation on campus. I choosed to live outside (1 min) from campus and felt good about it.

Housing at university is ok (old), but I would always prefer living in an apartment on my own or with friends.
