BtoTree is a B2B company based in Tokyo, Japan. They have the ambition to become a powerful asset for companies who desire to expand overseas, which is especially useful for Japanese companies or small to medium businesses.
This internship was pleasant in a way that I was able to express my competences fully in this position (give my opinion, create content I envisioned etc.).
Good Experience
The overall experience was good, it was my first remote internship, and the founder was good and very gentle, though it was a new company, he was not having any employees, only interns were working for him.
Gain Professional Knowledge
I worked in The Lobby Lounge and I got a lot of experience from there. Mostly, I learned how to personalize my service to the guest. Each guest expect us different things and we have to identify correctly their recommends and answer to the guest.
