To work in the Student Nation. The Salary there was very low. But I understand that is because they need to pay a little. It was nice to work there anyway.

The host country was a little bit more expensive in general. In traveling I spent more because at that time I had better chances to travel than normally at home with more intensive studies.

Prices are generally higher for everything in Sweden. Swedish gov't offers free college and medical so taxes are brutal, be ready to pay for your drinks. If you stick to student bars you should be alright.

Scale down the eating habits, food is expensive. Calling out of Europe to N.america is ridiculous.Try and get a job at a bar as I did. Its not hard and you will be able to eat and drink for free.
