Housing
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
Saxony's Apartments too expensive and shabby. New apartment building on the other side of the street: contact 608-251-8777 and 608-442-4200 (Madison property management inc.). Maybe they rent rooms for one semester.

The US-Amercian University system is perfect to learn English because of compulsory attendance and a lot of stuff to write and read. Try to speak a lot with natives! Favor them over other exchange students!
