I wasn´t living at the Halls of residence but some of my friends were. The new flats were pretty good though i think it was a little bit expensive but the old Halls of Residence aren´t very good.
The private accomodation were i was living in was very good but i had to search for it own my own,the university didn´t help me at all so what i did was going house by house through the area i wanted to live in and as i said before i found and excellent house.

The Anchor bar at Portstewart (a classic!),there was always somebody to talk to,tuesday night was the karaoke night, wednesday there was a quiz and on thursday a bank playing alive. On Monday the place to go was Traks at Portrush (at the beginning i didn´t like the kind of music the played but at the end it was pretty good and the University provides free buses to go and to come back home;On Wednesday everybody used to go to Kelly´s,a big disco with different atmospheres and very well known in that area, free buses also.Station bar at Portrush to have a beer and with pools upstairs. And the Students Union was pretty good specially if there´s a ceilli night (or something like that;an Irish dancing night). And of course there was always and Erasmus party somewhere
