For me it was the best choice of my life. But I think that all the students say that about their host universities. The point is that I think that the Erasmus experience is the best choice in the life of a student. You open your mind, grow and become more independent. And It is a really fun experience in which you make a lot of friends and you improve your academic skills.

Ruma and Doris are the best places in tampere if you like Rock and Pop. Ruma is cheaper but you always have to queue a lot, actually you always queue a lot for clubs in Tampere (and this sucks when you are at -15). There are other many clubs and cafees that are very nice like YoTalo, Cafe Europa is very nice, Arturi. If you dont't like maynstreaming places don't go to Cabaret, Onnella, Saha, Ylves, Emma... but you will go there at least once becuase of the student parties.

The best trip was our trip to Norway. By caravan we started from Tampere and reached the fantastic islands of Norway called Lofoten. The trip wasn t expensive at all. For 10 days the costs were around 300 euro.
There are also a lot of destinations you can reach by airplane because Tampere has an airport where Ryanair is making cheap prices.
