Sometimes the Scottish are hard to understand, but after a couple of days you get used to it. They are polite and understanding when foreigner experience some difficulties with the language.

The Merchant City and the West End in Glasgow has many interesting pubs. In the City Centre it is possible to find many clubs, but I prefer pubs where it is possible to have a conversation
