I lived in the international house together with people from all over the world. Therefor you get to know many different cultures, ways of thinking and behaviors.
That the student body is mainly rich white conservative and both the campus and city is boring besides drunk parties.

Academics are really harsh and the students are very shallow minded and rich/conservative. You will both get bored and stressed about the work load.
I rather would gone to VCU. More diverse student body, less academic work for exchange students and its in the middle of city.
