La havana for spanish atmosphere and salsa dancing, time for monday student nights, bar blue for really cheap beers on thursday and jonglers (gunwharf) for *slightly* more sophisticated music/location.... and registry and festing pubs for pool, quizzes and football games

If I come back, I will chose the same kind of accommodation because it is the most practical. My actual roommates are not French but Spanish, therefore it is a insightful experience.

As a student in an international course, i was surrounded by british/spanish/german/italian/greek students and improved tremendously my language skills, although starting with a pretty good school level already before going to portsmouth
