It' pretty difficult to reach this town, only from Salt Lake City and a couple of more towns and always by plane (no trains coming here)

It's pretty difficult to live on-campus, especially if not coming on exchange, huge waiting lists. Anyway I would recommend to start living on-campus and look for something else later.
