The University of Helsinki's acommodation system is the best one I've seen so far. Prices are very reasonable and flats are in a very good condition.

It's pretty good. The housing office doesn't let you alone and answer your e-mails in few times. But it's really strict about rules.

Housing
Type of housing: Apartment/House

If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?

I was living in a student house in the center of Helsinki called Domus and I shared a flat with another exchange student. It was near from the university, you could walk for going anywhere.

I was really surprised to get such a nice flat in such a good location. There was a well furnished kitchen and in each room already the main furnitures.
