I was already fluent in English when I first arrived in Edinburgh, thanks to a 10-month internship in the US but I wanted it to improve it as much as possible and I think that's what I did thanks to both academic and social life

I spent more money in Edinburgh than i would have had in France because the UK is more expensive and because of a quite vibrant social life.

Final comments
In a nutshell I have fully enjoyed my year in Edinburgh as much for academic reasons as social ones and I would strongly recommend the place: a vibrant university in a vibrant city !
