Jimmy Allen's is the best it gets; it's very nice. there are about 3 places to go in durham, or else you get a train to newcastle. only takes 15mins, but sometimes thats not the point. Saturday night revolver is also good, for those like me who cannot stand cheese (a favourite term amongst durhamers).
