PRIVATE HOUSES OR APARTMENTS ARE CHEAPER THAN UNIVERSITY´S HOUSES. BESIDES YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR NEIGHBORS AND YOU HAVE MORE INDEPENDENT THAN IN UNIVERSITY´S HOUSES.
