I had not knowledge of the local language but it didn't represent any problem nor academically neither in social live, as almost all the people speak English fluently and they don't have any problem to speak you in this foreign language.

Overall
Los estudios en los Países bajos tienen un nivel bastante alto, acorde con el nivel de los profesores, los cuales garantizan unas buenas y fructíferas clases.
En cuanto a las infraestructuras, estas garantizan una placentera estancia. La universidad te proporciona lugares de estudios, ocio y hasta lugares de culto donde poder llevar a cabo los rezos obligatorios para los musulmanes.
La diversidad es algo muy visible que ayuda a conocer nuevas culturas, etnias y hacer nuevas amistades.
EN general la experiencia vivida en la Universidad de Utrecht es una experiencia difícilmente olvidable.

Final comments
I would say to take weekend trips as much as possible because every city is so accessible from Utrecht. If someone says you should go with them on a trip go because it is more fun to be somewhere with other people, and you get a chance to know them better.

This university provides rooms for the students, but it's quiet expensive and you have to share it with someone else when you are undergraduated.
