“Not many teachers use English fluently”

Overall
Although the entire program is taught in English, many teachers have a quit low level of this language. Moreover, the administration is also not very student center. The exam schedule can be changed just few days before, and some people can be quite arrogate. However, the students here are very nice and friendly
