Pros
Cela nous permet en tant qu'élève de CPGE d'avoir un "diplôme" si on ne réussit pas la CPGE.

Ça nous coûte de l'argent alors qu'on n'y va pas.

Course recommendations
I didnt want any interactions with the other Germans. I was there to get to know the French culture and people and learn French and not to speak German.
I could not choose any courses, I did a maîtrise marketing like all the French students, so I did not have any choice after having chosen the maîtrise.

“Professional engineering school that forms excellent engineers”
Rami M
France,
Engineering, 2024
Overall
At Polytech Clermont, and in the Engineering Physics department, the student are always pushed to acquire knowledge the most they can. Our degree is very broad and allows us to integrate almost any sector. That does mean that we have a big number of disciplines we have to go through. And we keep seeing the most important ones in order to become experts of our domains.
I'd say that we are being formed into very good engineers, on the scientific side, and the human side aswell.

Careers
Our 4th year internship must be abroad. That said, the school provides helpful links of partnerships they have with other universities. The older student also help us by sharing their previous internships.
Unfortunately, the 4th year internship has been mostly done in university labs. Only 10% of students manage to go to a firm. I would like to do that, so that is why I am adressing you.
