Food was much more cheaper if you cared about looking for cheapest supermarkets; telephone because i talked everyday with my family and the roaming is not that cheap; nightlife because i went out much more in bordeaux than i do in lisbon; travel i did less because train trips are really expensive in france.

There's a thing called CAF that will give around 35euros back monthly of the amount you pay for your room (if you are in campus of course)! that was a nice surprise!

Valoración globalAs its name indicates, the University of Bordeaux is located in Bordeaux. It has several campuses and many different courses. The professors that I met were very pedagogical and always available for the students. It is also a very international university, with many partnerships all over the world, and it offers a lot of exchange opportunities to students.

The university is rather small, but still its quite difficult to interact with the local students. On the other hand, there are lots of erasmus students. didn't like the french exam system, though.

buy the "12/25 card" if you want to travel a lot, it gives a reduction of 50% (SNCF, french railway)

Perhaps there’s more accommodation for those exchanging a semester or a year. However, if you’re considering doing a French and English law course, lower your standards. If you think a B2 level is enough is a lie. You’ll have your TD teachers ridicule you for not having passed high school in France, the head of your course blame you for not having a high enough level and that it’s apart of your assessment. It’s all a sick joke of a university towards foreign international students, evidently amazing for national student but horrendous for international. There are the foreigner helpers, in retrospect their aid is limited. If I could do it all over again I would have never chosen this horrible university.

Suprisingly, it's cheaper then in Poland. The campus is being modernized so my opinion may be not actual soon.
