There are son many places in Brussels to enjoy the nightlife, it depends on your preferences anyway for my experience I can say Delirium and discos like Redline,Le you and Spirito Martini.

the area around the "Bourse" is quite a good area to go out, a lot of nice bars; also the area around university is great to go out, for exemple "Atelier", "Taverne", "Cafe Belga",....
