“professeur droit de l'Union européenne qui ne connait pas son cours”

Beaucoup de bégaiement de la part d'une professeur en droit de l'Union européenne, beaucoup de "euh" par ci et par là. Elle n'a pas le jargon juridique. Professeur d'université qui n'a aucune éloquence. D'ailleurs elle a indiqué que le regroupement familial s'appliquait aux étrangers européens -énorme erreur- car cela s'applique aux étrangers de pays tiers... inadmissible pour un prof d'université de faire des erreurs ainsi. ULB n'a pas la même qualité d'études que la sorbonne ou Assas ou même université côte d'azur.. je suis en programme d'équivalence pour m'installer en Belgique

Learning french was one of the most important aspects in my choice of coming in Brussels. I can say that I'm really satisfied about that. My level when I arrived was not specially good and now I'm capable of talking about anything. I'm really happy with my evolution.
