get a train vorteilskarte (cheap and worth it). buy a season pass as soon as you can (you can probably sell it when you leave). make sure you go to sigi's!

the best bars/discos for sure: Theresien Bräu, Limerick Irish Pub, Stadt Cafe, Hofgarten. Don't miss the International Ski jump on January, the Museums Night on October and all the trips you can go with the Students Association.And many other things as you can imagine....

The night spots/cafes, were not any better than any other main cities, what sets Innsbruck apart, is the Skiing, and Snowboarding opportunities. Extremely affordable, and only twenty minutes by bus to the nearest region. Overall, heaven for those of a sporty nature!!
