Knowing some italian is essential. However, italian is not essential at university. Since I knew how to speak italian befor going there, I had no problems.

Piazza Maggiore during afternoon. Golem Café was also enjoyable. Via Zamboni contains a lot of bars. I enjoyed regular trips to Rimini in order to party.
