Final comments
Prefer travelling by bus than by train, it is cheaper and faster. And travel as much as you can.

I had to buy a calling card to contact my family (their phone bill was high). I did more traveling in Europe than I do at home so that cost more. I probably spent the most during my two weeks of individual travel because of hostels, food, entrance fees to museums, etc.
