The uni provide a pretty comprehensive list of places to have a look at. Overall, I would have to say it's pretty easy and cheap to find accomadation compared to most other student towns.

The accomodation in Salamanca is easy to find and not costly. However, don't think to come by car as in the whole centre you cannot park it and will be forced to live outside it and thus miss some student life!
