I was signed up for a two week intensive Spanish course. I received no information or class access after paying in full. I wrote emails, made phone calls and no one helped me to gain access to the class. I never received my results from my placement test or course materials. As the course starts tomorrow and I still have no access or update I will be demanding a refund. We will see how that goes. I will most likely have to involve my credit card company for fraud. I am frustrated as I assumed a University program would behave professionally. I have been on hold for over an hour on my last call and I am still no further alone.
