The level of prices in Spain is higher then in Poland, especially in Madrid the cost of living is very high.

Food was cheaper and better, same with nightlife. I travelled back to the UK a lot, so that was a bit expensive but I could afford it because of other things being cheaper.

the reason I spend more was, that I was in a new country and I wanted to know the culture and the people there. SO you have to travel a lot and to go out and not to spend all the time at home for saving money.
