Personal comments
the university service in charge of foreign students' accomodation wasn't willing to help. they wouldn't speak any other language that their own, and would let problems unsolved (ex. no fridge in a flat in spain when it's 35 degrees temperature...) for weeks. Their discipline was quite strict, but they were treating us like we were just good to give them money.
