Personal comments
Quite good, rooms and houses in Yo-Kylä need to be renovated, some of them are already renovated. Kitchen was not the best experience. To live in Halliskylä or Ritzinkuja is more comfortable (shared flats by three persons).

even though everybody in Finland speaks English, It is hard to find a job if you dont speak the local language which is virtually impossible. You will find no problems with language but, of course, you wont understand anybody when they talk to each other

Erasmus is always great,, so do not be afraid about geography.
You will have so much great time you will forget about the cold weather, rather, you will enjoy it.
