At the beginning it was quite difficult because i had never been abroad and spoke in english with other people so i was not used to do it, but little by little it is becoming easier and also people here have been a great help for me to learn.

Housing at this university is in general focused to the exchange students, so it is easy to find all facilities for a good price.

Night spots: Dynamite, Funky Kitchen, Berlin, Opera and the local pub, Three Beers. Don't miss a trip to Russia, Lapland, Stockholm, Estonia....once in a lifetime opportunity to see these places. Make sure to live close to Three Beers and with the rest of the international community.

Everything was expensive. Best idea of cost saving is the contact with tutors. This applies especially for alcohol. Cheapest at student parties (otherwise very expensive)

it was good to live together with so many other exchange students and it was close to the city and the university

I coulc not have asked for more. The price was ok and we had our own fridge and bathroom. We just shared the kitchen, which was good to get in touch with the others.

A nice night spot was "Parkki" which is a place where all parties of the Turun Kauppakorkeakoulu take place. There were also other nice spots like "the old school" and "the old bank". Blanko is a popular spot as well.
Events not to be missed are these "little Xmas parties".
