The best night club was De Paap. a place in where you can listen to good music, with very friendly peolple. Also was very exciting travel around The Netherlands. You should go to visit the Parliament, it's great, and Scheveningen beach

Because I am from Belgium I sort of spoke the local language, so that wasn't any problem. Anyway, I spoke more English than Dutch because all my courses were in English and all my friends spoke English. Nice language experience.

As everyone in the Netherlands seems to speak English fluently and almost perfectly, communication is not a problem at all! Dutch could be learned at university and has actually improved quite significantly since the beginning.
