Pourquoi?
The apartment was great, the neighborhood was close to the school but also easy to get to the center of the city. No way I could find something similar on my own, especially living so far away.

We had a cleaning option in our apartment and the daily cleaning service was great. (They don't do your laundry and dishes)

Pourquoi?
I am a second semester resident student at AUR. First semester, I had the university arrange for my housing. It was dirty, disgusting, and in a dirty neighborhood. I'd never do it again.

Never pick "historic" anything. It's a bad choice. Get your own housing. When you have probelems, the AUR administration is apathetic.
