I wish I had known...

That I was absolutely right not to hesitate to go abroad for a semester. That is one of the best thing that happened in my life by now. Meeting other cultures is so exciting and rich for you regarding your own personnality, culture, ...

Danes are sometimes shy, so you should do the first step, but if you ask something or start the converstion, they are very nice and friendly!So, just do it!!

I had no problems because everybody could speak english,but there were a lot of situations in which I felt a bit sad because the lack of not speaking danish.

Final comments

Danish are cold, wait for them drink one or two beers and then they will talk to you! Denmark is a very small country and you can visit everything in 1 month but there are so many travels to do in the scandinavian countries and do not forget to go visit Copenhagen (with the sun it is much better), Stockholm and the Lapland!!

There are many different types of leisure activities and I am sure you will never be bored. Furthermore, there are many exchange students and so you will always find an activity you can do.
