Danish people in general have a very good knowledge in English, so I could learn not only in academic situations but also in the no-academic.

Living in the dorm is much better than having your own apartement. Don't ask the host institution for finding a flat, just arrange it by yourself by Studiet Kollegium, otherwise you have to cope with student housing office and it's really painful.
