If you have housing near the campus or in the city you are very well, but if you have an apartment very far from the centre and campus it's not very good situation early at least at the start of your study period.

All students are fluent with English; it's not a matter if you don't speak Swedish just maybe if you read newspapers. Even radio stations and TV are often in English (subtitled movies)

I lived in a "campus" of cabins, with all the necessary conditions but at 50 min from the university; paid the same rent than others in residences close to the university and I had to pay for subway and hadn't internet in my room. try not to go to solna!
